We were struggling to find any solutions to Charlie's health problems with our regular vet and a colleague recommended Dr Mandy.... "she's a little bonkers but knows her stuff" was the comment made!

Diagnosis

Sebaceous adenitis, Ichythyosis, Hypothyroidism, follicular conjunctivitis, atopic conjunctivitis

Treatment

Cyclosporin (immunosuppressive medication), 50% propylene glycol rinse, Pinetarsol shampoo, fatty acid supplements, thyroid supplementation, topical steroid lotion

Resolution

Charlie’s skin and hair coat has improved dramatically since commencing a combination of internal supplements and external therapies prescribed by Dr Mandy. Charlie’s thyroid levels are currently stable and well managed with routine blood monitoring. Charlie’s eyes are no longer bothering him and his allergic conjunctivitis has resolved with daily eye drops
