Intro from owner about why they came to us:

As soon as Ruby joined our family as a pup, she was distressed with itching. At the time, not knowing this, we thought she was experiencing behavioural issues. Her biting and mood changes were very stressful for the whole family.  Luckily, we had a very good vet, who referred us to Dr Mandy Burrows, and the rest is history.

Diagnosis:

Atopic dermatitis and cutaneous adverse food reactions

Treatment:

over the years, many avenues have been explored to find the best possible treatment for Ruby, whilst adjusting to her changing dermatological needs. At present she is having Lokivetmab injections plus daily medications (0.5 mg Prednisolone and 10 mg Cetirizine).

Resolution:

Careful monitoring and prescription of minimal drugs.

Why we love ADC:

Put simply, Dr Mandy has transformed all our lives.  A rock of advice and support, she takes the time to empower you, as an owner, with the knowledge and treatment options to best suit your pet’s needs. I’m grateful to have both Dr Mandy and her incredible team in our lives.  Always in the background, they have ‘rescued’ us in times of need. What sets her apart, too, is Dr Mandy’s holistic approach.We feel indebted to Dr Mandy for giving us a happy, loving dog. No superlatives are strong enough to describe both her and her outstanding team.
