Suzie Kay

Veterinary Technician

Suzie graduated as a veterinary nurse from Applied Vocational Training in 2020. She also has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Animal Science and Animal Health from Murdoch University.

Suzie worked initially in general practice, where she enjoyed the variety of cases and expanding her nursing skills. She joined the Animal Dermatology Clinic-Perth in 2021 to embrace new challenges; to broaden her skill set and knowledge base and to focus her passion for fear-free nursing.

Suzie has rapidly become a valuable member of our nursing team. She is a calm and assured veterinary nurse with excellent problem-solving skills and is a natural leader. She is managing our VET24 facility where she assists our dermatologists with consultations and client follow up as well as performing all our specialised dermatology procedures including intradermal pollen allergy testing, oto-endoscopy, BAER hearing testing, bee and wasp venom allergy testing and venom cluster immunotherapy.
